I always use the Internet to find trips usually package deals, but when I book them I use a travel agent. It doesn't cost anymore and it is a lot easier because my agent gathers all of the documents and gives me an itinerary..,and if ... I stayed at an airport hotel once in Dallas and the parking was supposed to be included, but the hotel did not give us the correct voucher. When we left the airport they charged us $90.
